Card Flow is an application created
by CBM Archives Co. that tracks the status of finger print
cards through its process lifecycle within an agency. Users
can perform queried searches using predefined fields on the
application to find specific or groups of entries. Fields
can include, but are not limited to:
• Name and SSN
• Date
• Transaction Number (TRN)
• Type of Transaction (TOT)
• State Identification Number (SID)
• User and Station Identification
• Originating Agency Number
Additional Features include the ability to modify drop rates of cards to subsequent systems, view card flow statistics, and manage user accounts accessing card flow. All data is maintained in a SQL backend database to ensure reliable reports and accessibility.
