CBM Annual System Site Support CBM and/or its representatives can be contracted to provide direct support for an entire installation including integrations, databases, storage, etc.  Thjis could include special circumstances such as sites that wish to retain on-site CBM support. CBM Consultation Services - Daily Consultation services can be called upon for a varied of uses including system planning and sizing, process discovery, workflow analysis, etc. No specific time allotment can be defined because it will vary based on the size and complexity of the system.   $1,800 $1,440.00 20%
     
CBM Consultation Services - Hourly  Consultation services can be called upon for a varied of uses including system planning and sizing, process discovery, workflow analysis, etc. No specific time allotment can be defined because it will vary based on the size and complexity of the system.   $250 $200.00 20%
       
       
CBM Programming Services - Daily Programming services can be utilized to assist in the integration of products via the APIs, scripting, custom interfaces and features and/or to meet requirements that cannot otherwise be met. $2,000 $1,600.00 20%
       
CBM Installation and Configuration Services - Daily Services for the general installation and setup of both CBM products and other products that might be used by the system. $1,800 $1,440.00 20%
       
CBM Training Services User training is essential for the successful implementation of a system.  Custom training packages can be negotiated. $1,500 $1,200.00 20%
       
     
 
Warranty and Returns:
Warranty will remain in effect for services and/or software and will cover any defects in services and/or software, provided the customer is current with annual maintenance.  Note:  User modifications and 3rd party integrated products are excluded.
Annual maintenance is scoped and calculated on a site by site basis and may include point upgrades, new releases, and version upgrades for purchased software.  Upgrades may include feature enhancements.
There are no returns for the products and services.
